Kurzweil KnowledgeBase Launched!

Waltham MA - Kurzweil Music Systems proudly announces the launch of the online Kurzweil KnowledgeBase.

An online virtual library spanning decades of Kurzweil products, the KnowledgeBase hosts a growing archive of "how-to" tutorials and frequently asked questions helping user's get the utmost out of their instruments.

The KnowledgeBase can be accessed in one of two ways:

1. from any Product page, select the SUPPORT tab, within the support tab area, select the first link ("knowledgebase").

   for ex: PC3X Product Support Page

   Doing so takes you to a list of topic categories associated with that product. From which you can then manually mine your area of interest or run a textual search.

2. from the main SUPPORT portal in the top blue navigation, select "knowledge base", this takes you to the top level of the entire brand database:

   KnowledgeBase Home

   Where you can pick your product from alphabetical list and continue as in option 1 above.
